Fisher Asset Management, LLC is based in California and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The protections of the UK regulatory system, including the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, do not apply to its services. However, the assets of clients who use a UK custodian are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, by virtue of the custody arrangements that we employ. All UK custodians are regulated by the Financial Services Authority, participate in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and have substantial account level insurance coverage.
